A deliciously different pairing of Wombat Valley Tzatziki and Beetroot Relish, combined with a tender lamb burger, crunchy brioche bun and fresh spinach.
First, cook the lamb burger patty to your desired finish, we recommend medium rare.
Then, toast your brioche bun to a lightly golden finish.
Next, simply layer your ingredients, spinach, burger patty, tzatziki and beetroot relish.
