The Perfect Banana Split for your Summer Dessert Menu, serve your customers this fan favourite banana split to cool them while heating up your menu!

 

  1. PREPARE: Line your serving bowl with parchment
  2. SLICE AND DICE: Slice your Strawberries into quarters and your banana/s in half
  3. BUILD: Create a shallow bed of strawberries, then lay your halved banana/s on top
  4. COOL IT DOWN: Top your banana/s with ice cream of your choosing, then generously top with Wombat Valley Chocolate Dessert Sauce or try the Wombat Valley Salted Caramel Dessert Sauce for a point of difference.
  5. GARNISH: Sparingly add more strawberries to the top of the dish for colour and an optional sprig of mint.
